📋 Description

• AG1 is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Manager, Production Design to support the creation and execution of production-ready assets across various channels. • This role will ensure all print, digital, and web files meet technical requirements while upholding brand standards. • The Manager, Production Design will coordinate production workflows, ensure the quality of final assets, and collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and cross-functional teams. • This role will be responsible for translating creative concepts into production-ready files and optimizing the production design process for efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in production design, graphic design, or visual arts, with a strong focus on digital and print assets. • Proficiency in design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and Keynote. • Solid understanding of pre-press and digital production workflows, including color management, typography, and layout principles. • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for design details and the ability to translate creative concepts into tangible assets. • Familiarity with motion design and animation is a plus. • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Experience working with consumer product brands and maintaining brand consistency and visual identity.
