Requirements

• 5+ years of prior experience in Finance with an Ecommerce business and FP&A. • Good grasp of key Growth Finance concepts like retention, churn, CAC, LTV. • Financial modeling skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. • Experience with NetSuite ERP and/or Adaptive is highly preferred. • Knowledge in all things MS Office and Google Suite. • Intellectual curiosity and ability to switch gears in a dynamic environment. • Ability to analyze large datasets for business insights. • Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability. • Impeccable organizational skills and strong communication abilities. • Familiarity with EU business operations and specific local rules. • Fluency in English.
