Description

• AG1 is seeking a Senior Data Scientist specializing in advanced marketing measurement. • Responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics and modeling techniques. • Work closely with Member Experience and Marketing teams to analyze data and deliver insights. • Collaborate with data engineering to build an internal attribution model. • Drive LTV and retention modeling to influence business recommendations. • Solve ad hoc data problems and provide strategic solutions. • Support the Member Experience team in optimizing LTV metrics and retention performance. • Assess LTV levers and provide reporting on investments impacting LTV and retention. • Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities for growth. • Build predictive models to forecast customer behavior and inform strategies. • Conduct attribution analysis to assess impact of customer touchpoints. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure strategies are relevant.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science, marketing measurement, or a related field. • Bachelor degree in physics, mathematics, statistics, computer science is preferred. • Expert-level proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, and/or SAS. • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Knowledge of marketing landscape and industry trends. • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams. • Excellent communication skills to present data and insights. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Comfort operating in ambiguous and changing situations. • Excited to collaborate with performance marketing teams in a global company. • A full life outside of work with personal passions and hobbies!
