Description

•Key role as a strategic business partner to Marketing. •Provide forward-facing, insight-driven financial support to optimize marketing investment. •Deliver thought leadership that drives sustainable growth. •Act as Finance business partner to Growth teams. •Conduct in-depth performance analysis and develop actionable insights. •Own the growth forecasting process and analyze prior performance. •Lead the creation of business reviews for stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or certification preferred. •3-6 years of progressive finance experience, ideally in high-growth or digital environments. •Understanding of marketing channels like Search, Social, Influencers, Media. •Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills. •Proficiency in financial systems and tools; experience with SQL is a plus. •Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into insights. •Excellent communication and presentation skills.
