📋 Description

• AG1 is looking for an experienced and highly strategic Senior Manager, Indirect Partner Sourcing to join our growing global Supply Chain team. • The role will be critical in ensuring AG1 is able to fully utilize its network of 3rd party partners to achieve the company’s objectives and our consumer value proposition (enabling profitability, cashflow, quality, and sustainability, focusing on optimizing the total value for AG1). • This role is 100% remote and must be based in Ireland.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management within the consumer goods or health and wellness industry. • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred. • Demonstrated success in negotiation and managing supplier relationships on a global scale. • Proficiency in utilizing game theory principles and reverse auctioning methods. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once. • Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills.
