• Optimize creative workflows and manage internal creative team’s workstreams. • Drive process improvements for seamless execution. • Ensure efficient resource management and clear prioritization. • Serve as the connective tissue between creative, marketing, and external partners. • Report to the Director, Design Studio.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in program management, creative operations, or project management. • Deep expertise in project management tools. • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills. • A strategic problem solver with a proactive approach. • Experience managing resource allocation and contractor oversight. • Ability to lead internal meetings and team rituals. • Strong vendor and partner management skills. • Familiarity with creative tools and file management.
