• Olipop is searching for a Sr. Analyst, Commercial Finance to support our Commercial team in a high growth environment. • This role will serve as a business partner to our Commercial team, helping to support ongoing decision making, analysis in support of long-term strategic projects, strategic planning, annual planning & forecasting, maintaining monthly forecast models, and other ad-hoc requests. • In this role, you will need to get into the weeds and build reports, dashboards, and analytics in collaboration with Commercial leaders to measure and track performance against Commercial and overall organization goals, but be able to quickly elevate and communicate trends and their implications, along with recommended actions needed. • You will need to be an effective collaborator, able to support our Commercial leader needs while also being willing to challenge perspectives.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, or CPG finance is a plus. • Prior experience at a rapidly scaling startup is a plus • Advanced excel experience required. Experience building complex formulas and manipulating large data sets. • Experience and curiosity across financial systems (e.g. Netsuite, Datarails, etc.) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus • Analytical and continuous improvement mindset with the ability to build complex, detailed and high-quality models and step back to summarize the implications and recommended actions. • High level of emotional intelligence and cultural competency, with an ability to operate in an unstructured and highly dynamic environment • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex analyses to simple insights. • Detail oriented and highly organized self-starter with a drive to dig into complex problems and embrace ambiguity • Expertise in creating processes and tools to support budget process and profitability analyses
