• Quickly and accurately respond to inbound messages via chat room • Create appropriate responses to consumer inquiries • Maintain 98%+ accuracy in responses • Maintain 60 replies/hour rate • Escalate conversations when needed • Document frequently asked questions • Add relevancy to canned responses • Must have exceptional attention to detail and professionalism • Education: High School or equivalent, college degree a plus

Requirements

• Experience in a Customer Service Chatroom environment • Familiarity with verticals like Automobile Insurance, Health Insurance, Prescription Drug Plans • Professionalism in all interactions • Advanced typing skills • Good grammatical, spelling, and logic skills • Exceptional verbal, communication, and written skills • Reliable with strong internet/WiFi
