📋 Description

• The Sr. Tax Analyst is a key member of the Tax Department. • Report to the Director, Income Tax. • Responsible for year end global tax provisions. • Preparing income tax returns and public-company financial statement tax disclosures. • Preparation of quarterly and year-end global tax provision, including calculation of key inputs, preparation of ONESOURCE reports and schedules, tracking of discrete items, and return to provision true-ups. • Preparation of US, state, and local income tax return workpapers, allocation and apportionment, and NOL reconciliation. • Preparation of data requests for non-US Income Tax Provisions and outsourced tax compliance. • Support quarterly and year-end Internal Audit and Financial Statement auditor requests and SOX documentation. • Support Tax Authority audits, including preparation of responses to document requests.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA required • More than 4 years combined Income Tax experience in a public company and Big 4 public accounting firm • Significant knowledge of ASC 740 US GAAP reporting. • Working experience with OneSource Tax Provision software. • Exposure to international tax issues (GILTI, Subpart F, and FTC) and compliance. • Proactive and resourceful team player with positive attitude and energy, close attention to detail. • Willing to travel up to 40% to Charlotte, NC Headquarters through quarter end periods.
