Description

• Participate in the design, development, and administration of benefits programs for U.S. and Canada • Provide analytical support in the design, development and administration of benefits programs, plans and processes for U.S. and Canada employee population • Assess the competitive marketplace and provide analysis and recommendations to ensure competitive and differentiated benefits • Develop and deliver effective and clear communications regarding benefits programs and processes • Prepare and/or oversee accurate completion of regulatory filings • Collaborate with HR and Legal on benefits-related matters • Partner with 3rd party vendors to ensure programs are accurately and efficiently administered • Perform analysis, modeling, and calculations for program enhancements/changes • Manage the benefits enrollment process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 4-6 years of progressive benefits experience across all key areas of benefits administration (including both health & welfare and 401k/retirement) • Experience working in a geographically dispersed organization with an employee population of at least 2k • Experience with Workday • Advanced Excel skills to create complex spreadsheets and interpret data trends • Strong communication skills and ability to influence within all levels of the organization
