📋 Description

• As the Virtual Events Marketing Manager, create the strategy, implementation, and optimization of a new webinar and virtual events program. • Build a comprehensive virtual events strategy to support demand generation and engagement goals. • Design and execute a new webinar and virtual events program that includes planning, production, and execution. • Create an editorial calendar with Campaign and Content Strategy teams. • Coordinate logistics and production for high-quality attendee experiences. • Develop pre-event and post-event strategies to maximize registration and engagement. • Track and analyze webinar performance and make recommendations. • Manage external vendors and platforms, ensuring budget alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in marketing within a B2B SaaS based technology company—with 2+ years experience with a focus on field marketing and/or webinar and virtual events. • Experience building global programs from the ground up within an organization. • Experience working cross-functionally to build the business requirements for new webinar platforms and/or marketing processes. • Knowledge of B2B lead flow process and the ability to partner across Marketing Ops, Funnel Ops, and Sales. • Data-driven marketing with experience reviewing performance to share insights and recommendations for program optimization. • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions
