Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field • Proficiency in spoken and written Italian and English • 2+ years of experience in a similar role (data integration, implementation, technical support) within SaaS, CRM or HR technology, or sales engagement solutions • Strong skill in data manipulation using ETL and SQL • Basic knowledge of DBT (Data Build Tool) • Programming skills in Python • Experience with API integrations and understanding of web technologies (e.g., JSON) • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple clients simultaneously
