📋 Description

• As a key member of the People Leadership Team, the Compensation Program Manager will be responsible for leading major foundational compensation projects • Perform compensation analytics and market analysis activities • Make data-driven recommendations for program adjustments based on market insights • Lead job evaluation processes • Design and maintain career ladder structure for multiple job families and functions • Design and maintain salary structures • Develop communication strategies to educate managers and employees on total reward policies • Documents and analyzes compensation policies, monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices • Collaborate with HR partners, finance, and business leaders to align total rewards strategies • Integrate overall performance management into compensation strategies • Stay abreast of compliance requirements for compensation laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or related field experience • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with expert proficiency in Excel • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in total rewards/compensation • Knowledge of compensation theory and practices and experience with external survey data sources • Solid analytical skills and strong problem-solving skills • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail • Advanced Microsoft Suite skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is a plus • Proficiency in ADP systems and software is a plus • Must be able to lawfully work in the US or Canada and have unrestricted work authorization for the US or Canada
