Description

• Collaborate closely with the Facilities Security Officer (FSO) and Facilities Manager • Manage security and facilities functions, ensuring compliance with DoD regulations • Support the security program and manage facilities operations • Maintain a safe and efficient workplace for employees, visitors, and customers • Manage and process security clearances and visit requests • Oversee building access control and conduct asset audits • Coordinate procurement of supplies and manage vendor contracts

Requirements

• Some college experience or equivalent work experience • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD issued Secret Clearance • Experience in facilities maintenance or related functions • Knowledge of facilities security programs and regulations • Understanding of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to successfully utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps • Certification for FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities must be completed within 6 months of hire
