Description

• Manages, co-ordinates, builds and develops the business with a goal to maintain relationships. • Responsible for Sales and Marketing in the area with planning, budget, and margin responsibilities. • Achieving sales targets set by the Company. • Developing the Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Plan. • Organizing and structuring sales activities; supporting sales team. • Create new business opportunities; identifying new markets for products and services. • Collect data and report on market trends and pricing; update CRM database. • Implement sales and marketing programs for targeted markets.

Requirements

• Higher education in technical field, preferably in Chemical or Technical Engineering. • Commercial experience preferably in industry. • Experience in Metal Working / Metal Working Fluids industry/Industrial Lubricants. • Entrepreneurial attitude, extrovert, self-motivator, diplomatic, sense of humor. • Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to build and develop relationships. • Strong communication, selling and presentation skills, but also analytical. • Flexible mind; able to cope with different cultures. • Preferably a network of contacts within the (metalworking) industry. • Demonstrated sales and marketing ability and successes. • Innovative and inspiring. • Polish native language and English at conversational level.
