📋 Description

• The Sales Engineer manages, co-ordinates, builds and develops business relationships. • Achieving sales targets set by the Company. • Developing the Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Plan. • Organizing sales activities; regular visits to main Customers, Opportunities/leads & Distributors. • Manage specific Global/European Accounts and develop growth strategies. • Help identify new markets for products and services. • Collect market trends and competitive products data; update CRM database. • Implement sales and marketing programs for targeted markets. • Negotiate local contracts and agreements. • Provide local Technical Support to customers and distributors.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Chemical or Technical Engineering with commercial experience preferably in higher value B2B consumable goods industry. • Experience in Metal Working / Metal Working Fluids industry/Industrial Lubricants. • Entrepreneurial attitude, extrovert, self-motivator, diplomatic, sense of humor, internationally oriented. • Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to build relationships. • Strong communication, selling and presentation skills, as well as analytical skills. • Demonstrated sales and marketing ability and successes. • German/Swiss German native language and English speaking, additional French skills preferred. • Experience in managing projects and/or people is a plus.
