• Instrumental in strategic planning, development, and execution of advanced technical initiatives. • Focuses on researching and developing solutions, planning projects, and providing support to solve complex problems. • Oversees, leads, and supports strategic End User Experience & Engineering initiatives. • Collaborates with leadership, security team, and other organizations for successful project implementation. • Develops, implements, and maintains complex automation solutions. • Conducts advanced troubleshooting and provides high-level technical support. • Mentors junior staff and helps lead strategic initiatives. • Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation for scripts, applications, configurations, and infrastructure. • Implements and upholds security measures to protect computing environments. • Communicates project status, technical issues, and training opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology (IT), or a similar discipline or equivalent years of experience • 4+ years of professional experience in IT or a closely related field. • Proficiency in automation technologies such as Azure Automation or equivalent. • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of scripting/programming languages like PowerShell, C#, or Java. • Possession of certifications related to Microsoft 365, JAMF, Intune, or Azure (preferred). • Expertise in managing and administering macOS and Windows environments (preferred). • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (preferred).
