• Design and develop innovative learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, videos, job aids, and assessments. • Apply instructional design principles and best practices to create effective and engaging learning experiences. • Conduct thorough needs assessments, task analyses, and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives. • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and adult learning theory to continuously enhance our training offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Masters Degree and/or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. • 4+ years of experience in creating learning assets leveraging modern e-learning tools. • Proven experience in instructional design and development, preferably in a corporate or technology-driven environment.
