Description

• The Proposal Development Analyst II will be responsible for developing, refining, and managing proposals that align with the company's strategic objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposals are comprehensive, accurate, and compelling. • Review and analyze RFPs to identify key requirements and develop response strategies. • Prepare, draft, and edit proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards. • Oversee the proposal lifecycle from initial request to final submission, managing timelines and deliverables. • Complete security and ad hoc questionnaires for clients as needed • Maintain and update a repository of proposal responses and standard content. • Coordinate and facilitate proposal review meetings with internal stakeholders. • Create and maintain proposal development schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks. • Conduct post-submission reviews to identify areas for improvement in proposal processes. • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in proposal management.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in proposal development or a related role • Proven track record of developing successful proposals in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field (preferred) • Experience in the software or technology industry (preferred) • Understanding of the Property & Casualty insurance industry (preferred) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Word and Excel • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure • Understanding of proposal development best practices • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development • Collaborative mindset with willingness to contribute to team success
