Description

• Responsible for the development, configuration, and ongoing management of the ServiceNow platform • Develop and configure ServiceNow platform and modules to meet business requirements. • Administer the ServiceNow platform, including system upgrades, patching, and integrations with other enterprise systems. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze needs and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow. • Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow instance, including workflow creation, report generation, and data import/export. • Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring high levels of service quality and user satisfaction. • Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and resolve issues in a timely manner. • Ensure adherence to best practices for system security, data integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations. • Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and system changes. • Perform all other duties and activities as required.

Requirements

• 4+ years of applicable experience • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent additional years of experience • Proven experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities and limitations. • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies. • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, Change Management, Incident Management and HR Service Delivery. • Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services, and integration with third-party systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer service. • Relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable • Travel: 0-10 • Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the country of the job location.
