Description
• Provides pre-sales technical support for the development and maintenance of complex configuration in Duck Creek Claims. • Works with solution partners to develop integrations with the Duck Creek platform. • More specifically, leveraging Azure tools to build out integrations within Claims. • Write detailed documentation to support the implementation of custom config for customers and/or system integrators. • Provides/oversees pre-sale technical support in sales presentations and product demonstrations. • Works with marketing and product managers to define new products. • Serves as company liaison on specific technical projects with customers. • May provide product feasibility analysis in support of sales efforts with sales representatives.
Requirements
• 3+ Years • Moderate degree of expertise in a few technical domains or basic degree of expertise across many domains. • Must have experience in Duck Creek Claims • Should have moderate experience in .NET, C#, SQL
