Requirements

• 7+ years of People Operations experience in a tech-driven organization • Deep experience in HRBP activities, including professional development, performance management, organizational behavior, employee relations, DEI, and labor law and compliance • Proven conflict resolution skills and emotional intelligence • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
