• Leading and coordinating the RFP process • Writing content and developing proposals • Evaluating content to satisfy RFP requirements • Conducting post-submission closeouts • Working with the creative team for proposals • Supporting client interview preparation
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Journalism, English, or related field, or relevant experience • 2+ years’ experience in proposal writing and coordination • Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, Deltek Vantagepoint, and online meeting tools • Strong business writing skills • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple proposals and deadlines at once • Strong verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and meet all deadlines • AEC industry experience
