• Monitor and implement end-to-end monthly revenue processing. • Assist in design, documentation and implementation of business workflows and procedures, with focus on automation and processes that require limited manual intervention • Investigate, review and make well-balanced proposals on which tools and systems to implement that foster automation while allowing us to be more economically efficient. • Set up and deploy new reporting tools across the business. • Assist in planning and conducting training for relevant teams on new tools and business processes. • Keep track and update active internal business process documentation. • Stay up to date on new trends in marketing and sales systems and processes. • Work closely with our Finance business partners to provide inputs for sales forecasts and cost accruals.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or sales operations • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data analysis • Interest in understanding digital advertising, media agency business models, online media business, audience targeting, programmatic buying and real-time bidding • Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, SOQL, APEX and REST • Experience using business systems such as Salesforce, JIRA, Workday and HubSpot a plus • Speak and write English fluently • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently and in an organized fashion with cross functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and operations • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills • Self-motivated to solve problems • Good at interrogating, documenting and understanding processes • High standards of professionalism • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop solid working relationships
