📋 Description
• Oversee payroll operations globally, ensuring compliance and efficiency. • Develop global payroll strategy and manage vendor relationships. • Lead a team of payroll professionals and drive process improvements. • Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with local regulations. • Generate payroll reports and analyze performance metrics.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Human Resources preferred. • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in payroll processing, with a strong supervisory background. • Experience developing/managing global teams. • Strong knowledge of global payroll regulations, practices and procedures across multiple countries. • Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. • Proven experience managing complex payroll operations in a multinational environment. • Expertise in payroll systems and technology, including implementation and configuration. • Experience working with Workforce Dimensions or Kronos/ADP E-Time, ServiceNow, Workday, Cloud Pay, SAP and UKG Payroll is highly desirable. • Experience using ADP and UKG payroll systems is a plus.
