Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. • At least 2 years of prior experience in business operations, administration, or related role in a technical services or consulting company. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, and ability to work effectively in a remote, independent environment. • Outstanding attention to detail. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. • Complete alignment with Dura Digital’s company values. • Passion for the technology space and solutions.
