Description
• Dura Digital is looking for an innovative and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer. • Focused on creating solid end-to-end user experiences and bringing design and strategy to worldwide digital challenges. • Collaborate with designers, developers, and clients, giving and receiving feedback at all project stages. • Apply human-centered design principles and design thinking techniques to business problems. • Help clients deliver exceptional user experiences through various UX deliverables. • Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling digital experiences. • Spearhead and manage content strategy in projects.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5+ years experience as a UXer or Product Designer. • Strong creative vision with a deep understanding of business objectives, both internal and external. • Proven experience working with remote, geographically diverse teams. • Proven experience with concept development, user research, product analysis, interaction design and usability testing. • Proficiency in modern design tools, such as Figma. • Strong ability to ensure the final visual design is on-brand and delivers on strategic and business goals. • High attention to detail, and an exceptional eye for design. • Outstanding presentation skills and communication abilities. • Experience with web and mobile application design, responsive design. • Fluency in English is required. • Proficiency in the Spanish language is a plus. • An up to date portfolio with work samples.
