📋 Description

• Dusty Robotics is an autonomous robotics company with a successfully launched product in the construction market. • Its flagship product the FieldPrinter™ is an industry transformative product that automates the layout process for construction projects. • The team supports a fleet of robots deployed on construction sites across North America to increase project quality and predictability. • Looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to onboard and grow complex accounts at their inception. • Will oversee implementation process, onsite training, seamless integration of solutions, and manage client relationships. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet client needs and project timelines. • Position is remote, allowing work from home with an estimated 50% travel requirement. • Preferable to reside near a major airport in the Central or Central/Eastern US, e.g. Chicago area.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in construction project management, implementation, deployments, or applications with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role. • Track record of successfully managing complex construction projects, particularly those involving advanced technology or robotics. • Preferred experience with robotics, automation, or other technology solutions in construction or manufacturing. • Strong project management skills, including proficiency in project management software (e.g. Asana, Jira, Notion etc.). • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. • Familiarity with other construction software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Procore etc. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize competing demands, and make informed decisions quickly to drive organizational and project success. • Understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and compliance requirements. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Robotics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Bonus Point Certifications: • CAPM or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or similar project management credentials. • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
