🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in product or technology-driven companies. • Strong background in business analysis, with experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and documentation. • Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams, ensuring seamless user experiences. • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence and Asana. • Hands-on experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. • Problem-solving and decision-making mindset with a proactive and flexible approach. • Experience in process optimization and change management. • Ability to guide and mentor development teams while maintaining strong relationships with senior leadership. • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
