• Drive and manage entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and GTM strategy • Lead the discovery, definition, and support the delivery of initiatives by validating ideas through user feedback and data-driven insights • Analyze product performance data and competition, as well as monitor markets to maintain competitive advantage • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) • Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and challenges, as well as develop and implement mitigation strategies • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to key stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization • Collaborate across regions and cross-functional teams to develop solutions to complex challenges
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of working experience with Web3 products; previous project or working experience in Layer 2 products or crypto-native projects (eg. DEXes, DeFi, DAOs, RWAs, etc) is an added advantage • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and drive data-driven decision-making • Strong background in managing complex projects and working with ambiguity • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels • Self-driven work ethic with strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
