• NodeShift is seeking a Marketing Growth Lead to drive user acquisition in the crypto DePin space. • This role focuses on developing growth campaigns and managing Web3 marketing initiatives. • Engage a community of users and influencers while establishing partnerships with trading firms, KOLs, and exchanges. • Utilize Web3 tools and methods to optimize campaign performance and maximize impact while actively executing initiatives.
Requirements
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in bringing DePIN protocols to market and driving user acquisition and retention through innovative campaigns. • Crypto Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the crypto market and the DePIN ecosystem. • B2C and B2B Expertise: Proven ability to navigate both consumer-facing growth strategies and B2B partnership development. • Experience with DePIN and KOLs: Background working with infrastructure projects, KOLs, exchanges, and other relevant ecosystem partners. • Hands-On Approach: Ability and willingness to execute campaigns directly, taking a lead role in the delivery of growth initiatives. • Community-Building Skills: Ability to build, nurture, and engage communities in the Web3 space.
