• Support a team of software engineers in software product development • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements • Assist in professional growth and mentorship of team members • Contribute to execution of software engineering strategy • Manage project tasks and assignments • Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning • Provide Application Maintenance, Monitoring, and Support activities on iSeries Systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience • 6+ years of relevant work experience, 2+ years in a similar role • Proficiency in software languages (RPG required) • Strong programming, testing, and debugging skills • Prior experience in leadership or mentoring capacity • Familiarity with software development methodologies • Good communication and teamwork skills • Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role • Strong organizational and time management skills
