📋 Description
• Analyze, document, and optimize reinsurance business processes • Collaborate remotely with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements • Provide subject matter expertise in reinsurance • Work closely with software development teams for functional specifications • Conduct data analysis, validation, and reconciliation • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) • Develop and maintain detailed documentation • Provide training and remote support to end-users • Stay updated on industry trends
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • A minimum of 6 years of experience in the reinsurance industry • Hands-on experience with reinsurance systems; experience with DXC SICS is highly preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficiency in tools and methodologies for business analysis
