📋 Description
• Lead the implementation of DXC Time tracking system, ensuring compliance with German labor law and industry best practices • Participate in meetings with HR, Accounting, and Time Tracking provider, asking the right questions to identify needs and anticipate potential challenges • Manage time-tracking transactions and ensure smooth system integration • Conduct comprehensive system testing to guarantee accuracy and compliance before rollout • Train and support team members, ensuring they are confident in using the new system • Assist with post-implementation activities, troubleshooting, and process optimization
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in time tracking • Strong knowledge of German labor law, particularly in time tracking and workforce management • Experience working on HR or time tracking system implementations and projects • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively • Very good in English and German (spoken and written)
