• GeneDx delivers personalized health insights to inform diagnosis and treatment. • Seeking Head of Product Operations to drive operational excellence across product organization. • Responsible for improving collaboration and ensuring data-driven decision-making. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize product development lifecycle.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a regulated industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Proven experience incorporating design, voice of customer, and data into product development process. • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering measurable results. • Strong operational leadership - demonstrated experience translating industry best practices into efficient and effective team processes. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions.
