Description

• Responsible for the UI/UX design of various digital assets • Ensure all elements of online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design • Deliver adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate requirements into engaging designs

Requirements

• A portfolio of professional design projects that include web/mobile applications • Working knowledge of Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, Confluence • Strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of visual design principles • Intellectual curiosity and analytical skills in broad areas relating to user experience, technology and design • An understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to execute upon them • Excellent multi-tasking, context switching, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks • Web Accessibility Standards • Should be comfortable working in a very dynamic and collaborative work environment • Outstanding verbal and written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills are required • Team player with the ability to work independently • Must be able to think strategically about design, take the initiative to learn independently and proactively contribute to the success of the team • Bachelor’s degree (BSc in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field) or equivalent experience • A minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience with digital products and services • Experience with user research methodologies, including conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing to research and develop target personas • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
