• 2+ years’ professional Retail Sales experience, providing high-quality service focused on client needs. • Experience in technology products a plus • Have a natural business mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit with proven track record in achieving and exceeding quotas • Strong team spirit to achieve common goals – build strong relationships within Dyson as well as externally • Self-motivated, able to work independently and understands when to seek guidance • Proactive, enthusiastic, & with a problem-solving attitude • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong negotiation skills combined with an adaptable approach to selling • At ease with using tools and applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook etc) • Flexible in mindset and resilient • Comfortable in working retail hours (including weekends, holidays)
