📋 Description

• Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives within a specific geographic zone • Plan and execute in-store promotional activities • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors • Monitor competitor activities and market trends • Work closely with the sales team to align trade marketing activities with sales goals • Assist in the development and management of the trade marketing budget • Track and report on the performance of trade marketing campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or additional qualifications are a plus) • Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in trade marketing, field marketing, or sales in the consumer goods, FMCG, or retail industry • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Analytical skills to assess trade marketing effectiveness • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
