🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in project management or related role in the commercial construction/renovation industry, national hospitality experience a plus. • Hotel PIP’s, specs and knowledge preferred. • PMP, CMP or other PM specific certification desired. • LEED, OSHA 30, and LEAN 6 Sigma desired. • Competency and solid experience in reading building plans and plan management. • Experience implementing process strategies. • Understands and reflects Elements MIGs (Partnerships, Culture, Risk Management, Deliverables) and company culture. • Self-management and drive are key to success in this position. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Procore PM certification suite, MS Project certification, Bluebeam University, and Excel Associate (MOS). • Ability to work closely and cooperatively with others. • Relationship building and retention mastery. • Competency in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels. • Proficient and effective communicator with high attention to detail.
