Description

• Seeking a dynamic and collaborative Business Intelligence (BI) Developer/Analyst. • Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights. • Maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI or similar BI tools. • Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis across large datasets. • Work through the entire BI development life cycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. • Perform ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across systems. • Analyze healthcare/marketing industry trends to capture key performance metrics. • Partner with business teams to gather requirements, understand processes, and deliver solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) • 3+ years of experience (in lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience) in a BI development and data analytics related field. • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and querying large datasets. • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar platforms. • Hands-on experience with ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load).
