• Develop accurate and quality analyses for organizational decisions • Support CMCSR division with program evaluation and AI/ML model development • Build acquisition/retention models • Document and test analytic processes • Identify actionable insights and influence business direction
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) • 3+ years of experience in related field • In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field • Experience supporting Marketing, new acquisition and retention models • Experience with statistical analysis and causal inference
