Description

• Focused on getting value from Workday investment as HR technology consultant • Responsible for HR technology configuration work on major projects • Partner with functional groups to support HR business needs • Maintain knowledge of all phases of business-specific technology implementations • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards for HR implementations • Act as a liaison to IT project managers concerning HR project requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) • 8+ years of experience in related field • In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field • Can independently create and maintain Workday Integrations using various technologies • Can independently configure integration system security using Workday security model • Can develop in Workday Studio using advanced concepts • Can troubleshoot Integration issues and errors • Strong understanding of Workday Frameworks • Can gather requirements, recommend solutions, design/build/test solutions
