Description

• Leads and manages the operation of multiple Specialty Value Based Care programs • Identifies, evaluates, and resolves issues that conflict with program operations • Collaborates closely with project team members, business owners, and sponsors • Assesses program risks, develops mitigation and contingency plans • Oversees Special program projects to ensure business needs are understood • Provides program subject matter expertise to program implementation teams • Provides analysis and development of business processes to ensure operational efficiencies • Proposes solutions to business issues/problems • Establishes and maintains program playbook of standard procedures • Represents BCBSNC in meetings with external parties • Develops effective business process improvement initiatives • Develops escalation process to channel issues and concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) • 5+ years of experience in healthcare • In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field • Thorough understanding of program management methods • A business acumen with strategic ability • Developing successful partnerships with program vendors • Organizational and leadership skills • Great problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication skills • Collaborative Teamwork
