📋 Description
• Expand and sharpen Cloud and DevOps skills across diverse technologies. • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment of software and infrastructure. • Utilize AWS services to architect and implement secure, scalable and reliable infrastructure platforms for software engineering teams. • Utilize IaC and orchestration tools like Terraform. • Work with tools such as Jira, Git, and Confluence to facilitate efficient project management and collaboration. • Proactively explore alternatives and prototype solutions to validate hypothetical architectures. • Update existing applications to improve performance and reliability. • Collaborate with software engineering and operations teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle. • Support engineering teams in cloud environments. • Establish a process to proactively control and manage changes to environments. • Be an active participant in program increment (PI) planning.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience. • Solid understanding of virtualization, containerization, networking, OS, etc. • Demonstrated experience with programming languages such as Java or Python. • 4 or more years of experience, building, deploying, and troubleshooting containerized applications. • 4 or more years of experience, focusing on CI/CD and CM tools and modern frameworks. • 4 or more years of solid hands-on experience with deploying and working on AWS. • 4 or more years of experience with orchestration tools. • 4 or more years of experience working with agile tools like Jira, Git, and Confluence. • A team player; willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies quickly. • Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) • US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required. • Must reside in the Continental US. • Depending on government agency, specific requirements may include public trust background check or security clearance.
