📋 Description

• Translate scope requirements to project plan with appropriate project documents. • Direct and manage project delivery through entire project lifecycle. • Ensure the timeliness and quality of project deliverables. • Proactively manage scope, schedule, and budget including all milestones and deliverables. • Proactively identify and manage issues and risk, with appropriate escalation as required. • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. • Determine and assess need for additional project resources during project lifecycle. • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. • Identify and continually manage stakeholder expectations. • Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations. • Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders with professionalism. • Ensure internal systems are kept up to date including project status and resource hours. • Forecasting probability of meeting milestone dates. • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. • Coach, mentor, motivate project members, influencing accountability for their assigned work. • Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project. • Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager.

🎯 Requirements

• M&A (Merger & Acquisition) experience is required. • Solid educational background in IT or mountains of relevant experience. • At least 5 years in the trenches, managing IT infrastructure projects with tenacity and creative flair. • A strong understanding of what drives healthy, efficient teams. • Holder of a PMP or PRINCE2 certification. • Skilled in MS Office, MS Project, or similar tools—your shield and armor in the battle of deadlines. • Proven experience in managing sprawling, distributed IT deployments across various terrains (physical and digital). • A maestro of virtualization and networking technologies. • Exceptional ability to translate complex project scopes into victorious project outcomes. • Expert at navigating the complexities of multinational and multi-disciplinary environments.
