• Leona is on a mission to empower everyone to take the best care of themselves, their patients, and their loved ones. • Transform the way the world interacts with healthcare. • Offering greater convenience, personalization, and efficiency in the communication with their patients. • If you are hungry to learn and build 0-1 at an early stage startup, this role might be the perfect fit for you! • We seek an experienced product designer to lead the design of a new tool aimed at giving doctors superpowers. • Lead the design of high-end, impactful product experiences for Leona’s digital products. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• Has a proven track record of designing mobile-first digital products, with at least 7 years of relevant work experience • Spanish & English language fluency • Specific experience designing for native mobile apps (iOS or Android), with extensive knowledge of common design patterns + guidelines. Has experience designing user experiences for complex native mobile applications, and has extensive knowledge of common design patterns + guidelines • Mastery of the various tools needed for each step of the design process • Feels comfortable taking ideas from wireframes to pixel-perfect deliverables, and is excited about defining and owning this process • Experience working closely with engineers • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A passion for building
