Requirements

β€’ At least seven (7) years’ experience leading consultative sales cycles β€’ Experience selling BPO solutions a strong plus β€’ Proven ability to initiate, develop and grow C-level and senior relationships β€’ Ability to develop and conduct effective proposals and presentations β€’ Passion for revolutionary technological solutions β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β€’ Energetic and highly motivated β€’ Strong decision-making skills, good organization, strategic thinking β€’ Knowledge of sales rep KPIs / conversion metrics β€’ Ability to work independently and on a team β€’ Results oriented with ability to meet/exceed metrics
