• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a driven and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. • Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads within the medical devices sector, specifically targeting physicians and healthcare providers. • CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to manage and track all lead generation activities, ensuring accurate data entry and pipeline management. • Outreach: Execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage potential clients, build relationships, and nurture leads. • Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the outside sales team to facilitate further discussions and close sales. • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies and optimize outreach efforts. • Reporting: Regularly update and maintain records of outreach activities, lead status, and conversion rates in the CRM. • Market Research: Conduct research on target markets, industry trends, and competitors to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
