📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are looking for a specialized Legal Assistant to join our team. • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support, with a focus on real estate and property law. • This role involves reviewing contracts and leases, preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and offering legal advice. • Your expertise in real estate will be crucial in ensuring that all documents and transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations. • Review and analyze contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to real estate. • Provide accurate and timely legal advice and support to clients and team members. • Prepare, draft, and proofread legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence. • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant real estate and property laws and regulations. • Assist with the preparation and management of real estate transactions. • Liaise with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient legal processes. • Maintain organized and up-to-date legal files and records. • Support the legal team with various administrative tasks as needed.

• Proven experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or in a similar role. • Strong knowledge of real estate and property laws. • Exceptional understanding of contract and lease review processes. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities. • Proficiency in legal research and legal document preparation. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
