📋 Description
• Buscamos un/a Tester Funcional con perfil analítico y conocimientos técnicos para unirse a nuestro equipo de desarrollo de software ERP/CRM. • Esta persona será responsable de asegurar la calidad funcional de nuestras aplicaciones web, enfocadas en entornos SaaS, a través de pruebas, documentación y reporte de errores. • Realizar pruebas funcionales manuales sobre el sistema (interfaz, flujos, comportamiento). • Entender y validar los roles de usuario y sus permisos dentro del sistema. • Revisar y validar los flujos de negocio como ventas, compras, finanzas, etc. • Detectar errores de UX/UI, problemas de comportamiento inesperado y posibles mejoras. • Documentar hallazgos mediante checklists, reportes de bugs y sugerencias de mejora. • Crear y mantener casos de uso según los distintos perfiles de usuario del sistema. • Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de desarrollo para comunicar errores y necesidades. • Participar en reuniones funcionales para validar entregas y definir criterios de aceptación.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia previa como tester funcional en proyectos de software (preferiblemente SaaS). • Conocimientos básicos o intermedios de PHP (Laravel es un plus). • Familiaridad con sistemas ERP y CRM y sus flujos funcionales. • Experiencia en documentación básica de QA: checklist, bugs, flujos, casos de uso. • Capacidad para entender procesos empresariales y operativos. • Habilidad para comunicar hallazgos de forma clara y efectiva al equipo técnico. • Capacidad de análisis funcional y empatía con el usuario final. • Se valorará: Conocimientos de herramientas como Trello, Jira, Notion, TestRail, etc. • Experiencia trabajando con equipos de desarrollo Agile/Scrum. • Conocimientos básicos de bases de datos o SQL. • Capacidad de redactar documentación funcional para clientes y usuarios finales.
